The Creative Leadership Program

Creative Leadership is for everyone, who wants to strengthen the creative potential in teams and organizations.

During three inspiring modules you learn how to lead teams to create extraordinary and meaningful outcomes.

The course is built on a dynamic combination of practice, reflection and theory. You will get the opportunity to practice your creative leadership, not just talk about it! Afterwards you can apply the skills directly to your own organization.

David Storkholm and Paul Natorp are leading the course. Together they have more than 20 years of experience.

Content of the course

The course consists of 3 modules with a duration of 3 days each.

Module 1: It starts with you - You learn how to use the fundamental principles of creative leadership and practice them in your personal leadership.

Module 2: The team is the key - You learn how to create engagement, ownership and direction in your team and create an inspiring and powerful frame for the development process.

Module 3: Results matter - You learn how to combine tools and leadership styles that lead the creative process to new, useful and valuable results.
