Creative Leadership

The discipline

Creative Leadership is the art of leading creative collaboration.

Creative collaboration means working together in ways that make "all of us" more creative than "any of us" and allow us to create what we have not yet imagined.

Our work with Creative Leadership is inspired from the KaosPilots and how team leaders in the education work with team-performance and collective learning-processes. It is deeply rooted in practice and builds on 18-years of experience from the adventurous education of young entrepreneurs with a creative edge and a global mind.

Creative Leadership is ...

- A way of thinking that makes you always aware of leading yourself, leading others and leading the outcome.

- A task to lead the space for creative collaboration.

- A set of skills that help you to bring out the creative potential of your team.

When practicing Creative Leadership you connect to your values, your passion and your talents - and invest yourself. You connect empathetically to the people you are working with and create a safe space for all to offer their unique contribution. You call forth the resourcefulness and creativity of people and use the ability to imagine and to learn as a generative source. And you lead from what is real and what is present.

Imagination is more important than knowledge. Because knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world. (Albert Einstein)
