We completed a journey around the world with our Creative Leadership courses this spring. 21 participants from 10 countries and 5 continents came to the KaosPilots in May and June to work and learn with us.
Another circle that was completed was the first full round of the Creative Leadership modules. Creative Leadership is about leading creative collaboration and 3 modules in the program take the participants through a journey.
The first module, Creative Foundation, explores creative collaboration as a social field and the participants learn about their impact in this social field and how they shape it through their presence and actions.
The second module, Creative Team, explores how to create a powerful space for creative collaboration and the participants learn to how to take on the task of leading the space.
The third module, Creative Outcome, explores how to move creative collaboration towards an innovative outcome and the participants learn how to create a movement that brings the team further in creative problem solving. This is where the learning and skills from the previous courses are integrated into a real world assignment with tangible results.
In the Creative Outcome module in June a team of 9 participants from Australia, Brazil, Cuba, South Africa and Denmark worked together for 3 days on a challenging assignment from a major accounting company concerning use of social media in business.
The feedback we have received from the participants is that the program stands out by integrating personal growth and transformation with a collaborative approach on creative problem solving in a playful and highly practical learning space.
